An event is any action that is being tracked — a visit, a click, a conversion, a registration form that gets filled out. Every time a user is redirected through our infrastructure, we call it an event.
Of course not! We know how important tracking is to the continuity of a business. After you reach your limit, your events will still be tracked, but you’ll have to pay for the overages.
These are all the events that are not covered by your plan. For example, if you’re a Profit plan user and reach the limit of 1,000,000 events, you will be charged $0.06 per every 1,000 events that exceed the limit.
Basic API access is available on Start-up plan and above. Extended API access that supports higher request limits, is available on the Enterprise plan and higher. You can also request it in a custom solution. Contact us about discussing API access.
Feature add-ons are available in some cases. If you’d like to modify certain parameters of a chosen plan, please contact us.
Yes, you can upgrade the plan in your account settings. The upgrade will happen instantly, during the active billing cycle. If you would like to track more than the Grow plan allows, we’ll be happy to create a custom solution for you — just contact us.
If you choose to downgrade your plan, you can also do that in your account settings, but keep in mind that this action may implicate losing access to some of the features or may lower the number of custom domains and additional account users.
You can unsubscribe anytime. Please note that if it happens in the middle of a billing cycle, the plan will continue to be active until the end of the current cycle. We won’t charge you for the next cycle.
Voluum supports data import through a CSV file format. You can export data on your landers and offers from your tracker and import them to Voluum, if you follow the proper file structure. You can track user-generated events, such as page view, click on ad, click on a CTA button on a landing page, and conversion. Voluum supports tracking of these events from any ad network, organic traffic, in all verticals. It supports templates and documentation for 50+ traffic sources and 40+ affiliate networks, and 20+ API integrations. Each tracked event comes with 30+ data points attached to it, such as GEO, device ID, browser language and version, etc.
Voluum relies on two tracking methods: redirect and direct. You can learn more about the differences between these two methods from our documentation.
The retention period depends on your pricing plan. The longest one is 24 month. After that period, your data will not be accessible. You can read more about how we handle data from our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
